BIGBANG Special Edition

BIGBANG_Special_Edition Two months after BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album, a special repackaged version of the mini-album was also released, BIGBANG Special Edition. This would be BIGBANG’s first repackaged release, and instead of only including a few new songs, YG decided to release it as a new compilation album with a 100 page photobook. BIGBANG Special Edition only included three songs from the original mini-album, "Tonight", "Cafe" and "Somebody to Love". It also included three new songs, "Love Song" and "Stupid Liar" which were used as lead tracks, and Daesung’s solo "BABY DON’T CRY". Additionally, the album also includes a collection of the solo songs released by GD & TOP, Taeyang and Seungri before their come-back as BIGBANG.

BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album

BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album BIGBANG 4th Mini-Album is BIGBANG’s fourth Korean mini-album. It was released as their Korean comeback, as it was the first release that they would actively promote in Korea since the release of their first Japanese album Number 1 (October 2008). As apposed to YG Entertainment’s 2010-2011 trend to promote more than one track at once, only the song "Tonight" was used as lead track, however, all the songs were performed on different stages at some point, with even a 1-hour comeback special program on SBS.

Tonight

Tonight Tonight is the fourth extended play by the South Korean boy band Big Bang, released under YG Entertainment. It was their first new materials released in South Korea after two-year hiatus as a group. A blend of rock and electronic music, the album became the first K-pop album to reach the top 10 on US iTunes chart and is the only non-English language album in the top 100. Their comeback was met with mostly positive receptions, with the lead-single of the same name becoming a chart topper on the Gaon Chart.

With U With U is BIGBANG’s 2nd Japanese mini-album. As their first Japanese mini-album For the World, all the songs are English versions of the original Korean songs, except for "Mad About You" which is sung in mixed English and Japanese, and "My Girl" which is sung in Japanese. Both were their first Japanese recorded songs. Only one new song was recorded for the mini-album "With U".
