Clap Your Hands” (Korean: “박수 쳐”) is one of three lead singles by K-pop group 2NE1 from their first full album To Anyone, and became a hit on various on- and offline charts.
The song was announced as one of three lead title singles from their album. A 30 second teaser was released just days before its official release. The music video for the song was released on the day of the album’s release.
The song topped various online charts along with the other two title tracks. They mainly changed their positions between the top 3.
The music video starts with them all sat on a bench in a enclosed street, with graffiti on the back wall reading the words “Clap Your Hands”. In this scene, they all wear black tracksuits. The second scene see them in a dojo type setting, with the same bench as in the first scene. They are all wearing red and white costumes. During the dance break, the girls are in a jungle type setting, with each girl covered in tribal tattoo’s and camoflauge like costumes. The last scene is in a futuristic type room, with each girl wearing their black hoodie’s again.
